Jim Ellis, CEO Faraday Partners, LLC.
Nationally known composer and music producer who started his career writing music for Mary Tyler Moore’s MTM Productions and their productions of “WKRP in Cincinnati” and “Buffalo Bill with Dabney Coleman.” Jim went on to compose opening songs for the ’76 Olympic Games and to write a children’s symphony and musical called “The Journey of Sir Douglas Fir,” which was endorsed by the prestigious Grammy Foundation’s Leonard Bernstein’s Center for Learning and sub sequentially won the Chicago Book Seller’s Award for “Best Children’s Literature.”
Other projects include writing for, conducting and recording the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Wembley Stadium in London and theme and underscore music for 2 designer shows on the Discovery Channel.
Jarvis Ellis, CFO Faraday Partners, LLC.
Jarvis’ primary background is in finance and accounting. Having managed administration and finance for an auto parts supply company in Atlanta for a number of years, he has an extensive background in customer and vendor interaction as well as the prime responsibility for shipping. He also has a number of years managing fitness oriented businesses. In later years, he was engaged in software training at locations across the United States.
Jarvis graduated with a degree in economics from Emory University. Shortly after graduation, he went on to active duty in the US Army during which time he served in the infantry in Vietnam. After returning, he received his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and worked with a large bank in Atlanta prior to joining the auto supply company. He later attended graduate school, again, earning a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology.
Ken Bertoli, President & CEO of Cube Design Inc.

Gary Nunn, Co-inventor
Born in North Carolina and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Gary graduated from Georgia Tech in 1965, and joined DuPont in South Carolina as a Design Engineer and later as a Process Engineer. During his career with DuPont, Gary was involved with the production of acrylic and polyester fibers.
Over the years he gradually became an expert in polyester staple fiber drawing and crimping and received 2 US Patents for fiber processing apparatuses. Upon retiring in 2003 he began consulting with a Technology company assisting in several plant commissioning’s in China, India and Pakistan and also consulted with DuPont in Spain and the USA.

Jim Debetta is the founder and President of Debetta Enterprises which specializes in coaching and consulting for inventors and consumer product start-up companies while assisting clients with product development, negotiating licensing deals, and raising money for new companies.
